Evidence before scores
Feedback is grounded in the transcript and only produced when the interview contains enough meaningful responses.

Interview practice with feedback
A score alone cannot teach you how to improve. Iris connects its feedback to what you actually said, separates unsupported claims from useful evidence, and gives you a practical next step for the answer.

Understand the decision without technical labels: what worked, what was missing, and what to say more clearly.
Deep Pass turns weaker answers into drills and shows whether later attempts become more specific and credible.
Questions worth rehearsing
A strong answer sounds natural because you understand the example. Use these questions to identify the decisions, actions, and results you need to explain clearly.
Separates team success from your own contribution.
Tests credibility without rewarding impressive-sounding numbers by themselves.
Moves the answer from activity to outcome.
Checks whether reflection led to a concrete behaviour change.
From vague to interview-ready
The stronger answer is not better because it uses bigger words. It gives the interviewer enough information to understand the candidate's judgement and contribution.
Interview question
Describe a time you resolved a disagreement at work.
First answer
“Two team members disagreed, so I spoke to both of them and we eventually agreed on the best option.”
What needs work
The answer skips the cause of the disagreement, your method for evaluating the options, and the effect on the work. It shows participation but not judgement.
Stronger answer
“Design wanted another week for user testing while sales had promised the release to a client. I brought both leads into a 20-minute review, separated the essential fixes from later improvements, and documented the risk owner for each decision. We released the core workflow on time and completed the remaining usability changes in the next sprint.”
A practical preparation loop
Iris waits for a meaningful response and does not treat a greeting or broken call as a completed interview.
The report ties strengths and gaps to specific answer evidence so feedback can be checked.
Rewrite and rehearse the difficult answer instead of trying to fix every communication habit at once.
Honest preparation matters. Iris should never invent experience, reward an unsupported claim, or pretend an unfinished interview contains enough evidence to score.
Questions candidates ask
For completed interviews, Iris compares relevant answer evidence with the competencies required for the role. Unsupported claims and off-topic responses should not receive high marks.
It should not produce a normal performance score when the interview ended early or did not capture enough reasonable responses.
Yes. Feedback can include a stronger version based on your experience, while avoiding claims or results that you did not provide.
Your private coaching report is not automatically shared. Eligible Deep Pass users may separately choose to join the Iris talent network with selected assessment evidence.
Your next interview does not have to be your first rehearsal.
